ACI444 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between aci444 and all its users. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the aci444 platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

This document is aci444's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policytogether with forms a complete agreement. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Aci444 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

To open an account on aci444, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately.
• You are not a resident of any country or region where online betting is prohibited by law.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials confidential.

Aci444 may request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

The rules governing financial transactions on aci444 are outlined below:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT). Limits may vary depending on the payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Processing Time: Typically between 15 minutes and 24 hours. Unverified KYC status may extend processing times.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Withdrawals are generally returned via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Aci444 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Aci444 generally does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — aci444 is not responsible for those.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on aci444:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a special Cash Out option is available.
• If abnormal odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, aci444 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a sports event is abandoned or postponed, aci444's stated policy will apply to the relevant bets.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for casino games are defined within each game's individual rules.
• Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) that is independently audited.

If a technical issue occurs during a game, aci444 will void that round and refund the wager. This decision is final and not subject to dispute.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers at aci444:

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a bonus on their first deposit. A minimum deposit is required to qualify.
• Turnover Requirement: Each bonus carries a specific turnover or wagering requirement — typically ranging from 5x to 30x.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or sections of the platform.
• Bonuses that are not used within the specified period after claiming will expire.
• Each offer may only be claimed once. Any attempt to claim bonuses fraudulently will result in account closure.
• Aci444 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on aci444 and will result in immediate action:

• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual or household.
• Manipulating the bonus system for artificial gain (bonus arbitrage).
• Involvement in match fixing or manipulation of any event outcome.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical glitch or error on the platform.

Aci444 may suspend or deactivate an account under the following circumstances:

• Where clear evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If fraudulent documents are submitted during the KYC verification process.
• If an account has been inactive for 12 months (an inactivity fee may apply).
• If the user requests account closure themselves.

You may request account closure at any time by emailing our support team. Any remaining balance will be returned through the standard process, provided the account was not closed due to a terms violation.

Aci444 accepts no liability for the following:

• If a game or bet is interrupted due to the user's own network issues.
• Where a transaction is delayed due to a fault on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• If services are disrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.

Aci444 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure maximum uptime, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

Aci444 collects and processes your personal information for the following purposes:

• To verify your account and ensure security.
• For transaction processing and fraud prevention purposes.
• For compliance with legal obligations (KYC/AML).
• To improve our services and enhance the user experience.

Aci444 places responsible gaming at the forefront of everything we do. We believe entertainment should always stay within safe limits.

• Set Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily self-exclude your account for a set period if needed.
• Reality Check: You can receive notifications at set intervals as a reminder during game sessions.
• No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use the platform.

If a dispute arises between aci444 and any user, the following process will be followed:

• As a first step, contact our support team directly.
• The support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
• A final decision on complex cases will be issued within 7 business days.
• Aci444's internal decisions are final and binding.

In disputes over technical game outcomes, server log data will serve as the definitive evidence.

Aci444 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect. For major updates, registered users will also be notified by email.

Continued use of the platform after notification will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, please contact support to close your account.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
